Charlie is doing well in her new home. She and her new Golden sister Gracie are getting along very good. Charlie loves being outside in the snow. Her weight is up to 24 1/2 lbs and her first vet visit went really well. The girls at the vet clinic all loved her. She gets along really well with her “grandparent’s “ Irish Setter, Ryder, but she’s not too sure about her “aunt’s” two older chihuahuas.
December 16, 2022:
Joy has a new name—Charlie!— and a new family! We can’t wait for an update on this sweet girl.

Joy is a smart, sweet, and sometimes sassy, pup! She loves her big, canine foster brother and he is a great mentor to her. Like all puppies, Joy plays hard and then collapses into a nap. She usually needs to go outside once in the night but otherwise sleeps quietly in her crate next to her foster brother. Daytime house training is a work in progress, but Joy is catching on quickly. Joy will soon be ready for her forever home!
