January 24, 2023:

For Christmas I received the best present ever. Meet my new forever family. We all come from different backgrounds and different personalities but the one thing we have in common is “loving life as a Golden”.  My favorite things to do are to help my mom give riding lessons, play fetch with my family and then curl up at my grandparents house on a soft bed with a fuzzy chew toy. I am starting to figure out that outside is for hard playing and going to the bathroom while inside is for quiet time and snuggles. Thank you GRROW for finding me a home where I am loved.

December 4, 2022:

Wally has settled into his foster home quite nicely. He has met some horses and cats and dogs from a distance. He can’t wait to get closer. Like any new puppy he has some accidents but he is getting better as he watches the other dogs go potty outside. He has had two terrific nights in his crate. Probably because he is exhausted from playing in the cool weather. Wally has a big appetite so I expect he won’t be small very long. He especially likes running, jumping and rolling in the hay or outside in the crunchy leaves. He actually enjoyed playing in the bath, and already fetches his toys. What a little slice of heaven.
